Child Visas
A Child visa lets a parent who is an Australian citizen, permanent resident or an eligible New Zealand citizen sponsor their child to live in Australia indefinitely. The child must be single and younger than 18, unless he/she is a full-time student and between 18 and 25 years of age or 18 or older and unable to work due to a disability and is dependent on the sponsoring parent.
Subclass 101 visa lets a child outside Australia move to Australia to live with their parents.
Subclass 802 visa allows a child to stay in Australia permanently and live with their parents.
