We offer Zoom and over the phone appointments. At request we can accommodate consultations outside of office hours. Our offices have not yet resumed the face-to-face mode since the Covid-19 pandemic however if you prefer to meet in person, please contact us to request a face-to-face consultation.
The cost of the initial consultation is $205 per hour* (*$230.46 inclusive of GST and 2.2% credit card surcharge) or $250 per hour** for Business Migration, Visa cancellation/refusal consultation (** $281.05 inclusive of GST and 2.2 % credit card surcharge).
Payment of consultation fee is required at the time of booking an appointment.
During the appointment our migration agents will listen, understand and direct their advice to your unique needs.

At your request, upon completing the appointment, we will provide you with a Contract for fees and services for the work required.
As our consultation service is in high demand, we do not offer refunds for canceled consultation appointments. However, if you give us more than three business days’ notice, we are more than happy to credit paid fees towards rescheduling another consultation at a suitable time and date. We do take exceptional circumstances into consideration and will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.
Our time is valuable and so is yours. If you are late for your appointment you will need to reschedule. This is so all our clients who have booked a consultation get a fair go. If you do not show up to your booked appointment, your payment will not be refunded.
